How does one properly role play?

I am interested in role play but don't know where to start...
Do you plan it beforehand? Does it being premeditated take away from it?
Just put on a costume and wing it?

Whatever works for you and your huni. You can do it at home in bed or actually dress the part and do a whole night on the town as different people.. Its all about what your both comfortable with hun. Good luck 😉

I've never done it but my friend "met" him at a bar & went home with her boyfriend after be bought her some drinks ;)

Maybe play out some fantasy types. Eg:Repair man etc

I think you should talk about it casually beforehand to get an idea of what the two of you would like to role play, but I wouldn't set a date or anything. Find out who he would like to play with, and then surprise him as that character! 
When it comes time to actually do it, you can decide how different you want to look, if at all, not every character needs a costume.

As for how to act when you're doing it, think of when you were a little kid playing dress up/pretend. It's just like that, only it gets naughty!!!

I did it years ago with an ex.. im very shy and never did much or it sober other then a costume or something simple..but
 Drinks definately helped me get more into it..not sloppy drunk lol just fun happy kinda drunk.. Just wing it. Its fun.
