Hello ladies.  My son is now 2 weeks old and I have exclusively breastfed since birth.  The latch is good and he nurses a good amount throughout the day and night.  He has begun to spit up quite a bit after each feeding.  As soon as I pick him up to burp the milk all just comes out.  I don't know what to do.   After spitting up he wants to nurse again right away.  What should I do?
