Words of advice for my SO & I?

Mills🐙
Background: currently 4 months pregnant, SO and I fought in the beginning but the past month or two have worked things out. We both have issues with each other that constantly come up: he has a rebuttal and opinion for EVERYTHING that comes out of my mouth (extremely annoying to me) and he hates my nagging, which I admit to and try to work on. We're both active duty military, and currently work is extremely stressful for him, and dealing with pregnancy is hard on both of us.
Today, I told him I felt really discouraged about our relationship, and I felt like it was really hard to talk to him. (Every time I try and  express my feelings, he bashes them and says I'm completely wrong for feeling that way) his reply was this (summarized): "you take things out of context, I can't deal with you and work right now, I need to focus on school, I'm starting to think you should just break up with me, if you want to move out for a while you have my blessing. You're driving me to the point of breaking my sobriety" (he quit alcohol a year ago)
My question is: what do I do? Do I leave for a while? Do I try to talk things out? I really felt like we would be able to work through these life stressors, but he's never brought up splitting up before, and I don't know how to react to it.
Any advice or personal experience is appreciated.
