Breastfeeding and diet?

Anyone doing both? I'm scarred to diet while breastfeeding

I'm breastfeeding and I eat healthy and exercise every day and my body is holding on top 10lbs so my advice is .... Don't worry about it till your done because, you could be like me 👎🏻

Try not to focus so much on dieting as much as you focus on eating healthy! You can still eat the recommended extra calories by eating good stuff. Protein and veggies and nuts and all that good stuff.
