Being severely anemic during pregnancy...

Amanda • I`m going through a separation. I have a 5 yr old. Had one ectopic pregnancy back in December. Pregnant with baby #2!!
I don't get how I can go from not being anemic before pregnancy, but as soon as I become pregnant again ,I'm severely anemic. It makes no sense to me. I wasn't anemic with my son..
