Cramping, ah help
I'm 23w1 and my stomach has been in knots all evening. Is this normal? I know there's pain involved in stretching but I feel like it's pretty bad and freaking me out. I don't think it's poop involved lol. Anyone else experience this? If so, details on your experience?
