Help!? Dog owners

I need help my husband is trying to give our dog away because he don't learn how to poop on his wiwi pad I love our puppy but we work all day and the dog is by himself all day he already ruin some furniture and poop and pee everywere my hubby is very tired I don't know what to do to make my dog poop and pee on his pad we try everyhing in every form we even buy that fake naughty pee to spray on his pad but he don't listen we try
Taking him out before we leave to work and after we come back but by the time we get here he already poop everywere 😭😭 
This is my baby sparky I don't want to give up on him what else can I try in order for him to start doing everything on his pad :(

Poor pup. If you teach your dog to potty on a pad, you are teaching it that it is okay to potty in the house... Not a good idea. We potty trained two pups in the past year, and crate training worked very well. Also, depending on the age, you shouldn't leave a puppy inside that long. I've heard the rule of thumb is however months old the pup is, that's how many hours they can hold it (so I four month old puppy needs to be taken out every four hours). Giving your dog free range of the house before crate training is just asking for accidents to happen.

Gated or cage train him most dogs won't pee or poop where they sleep so crates can help

Keep him gated in one specific part of the house with doggie pads. Make sure u put a piece of poop on them so he knows that's where he's supposed to go

If you're out if the house for more than a couple of hours, and the dog doesn't have access to the outside on their own (to a garden via a doggy door), then I suggest getting a dog walker or dof sitter to come and look after him for a while during the day. Crating only works if you're out of the house for a short time. Anything like the usual work day of 7 hours is just cruel. 
If you can't afford a walker/sitter and no neighbour, friend or family member can help, then I'm afraid you should give your dog up, as he currently doesn't have the best quality of life.

Have a walker come in or take him to day care, they shouldn't be left that long everyday and it's too long for a pup to hold it in

Sounds like either your husband is right, or you need to get a dog walker/put him in doggy day care while you're gone. Being by himself for long periods isn't good for a dog, and if you love him, you need to do what's best for him.

Put him in a nice size cage where he has enough space to move around. Put water and a long lasting snack in there and keep the tv going all day (preferably dog shows/movies) to keep him entertained

Crate him while your gone!!! Many dog owners do it! Better that then end up in a pound, euthanized. Because he's not a puppy anymore and already has habits. It's a responsibility you took and you need to keep it. Make it work!

If your dog is locked up all day everyday where you can't even properly train it, why have one?
