Three years off depo

It's been three years since I had my last shot of depo. After getting off, I had one period then didn't see one for 11 months. Took so many pregnancy tests and all were negative 🙁. After all these negative tests, I finally gave in to go to the hospital for my blood to be drawn. Well, as I suspected negative for pregnancy. Was referred to a gyno only to be told I had ovarian cysts and there was nothing they could do. They would come and go as they please. Never said anything about me having trouble TTC. Well, a year later still no BFP. Anybody else ever been in a situation like I am? It's absolutely devastating to see that negative sign on these tests. 😩
