I've always been curvy, the heaviest I've been was 245 lbs starting off my pregnancy. Well I've had some blood pressure issues that lead me to stay in the hospital which made me think. I don't want anything else to go wrong in my pregnancy!! So I've Been walking 30 mins a day, eating better meals, increase my water and I take prenatal yoga. My ob appointment went great, everything came back wonderful I'm now 230 lbs. I was worried but my ob told me that it's normal. Anyone else working out while pregnant any tips??
