I'm finding that sometimes on the days I feel huge it is related to what I have eaten recently. For example, I love spinach salads right now (and they have loads of iron in them 😊) However, I have noticed that after I eat them I tend to feel bloated, sometimes even the next day I still feel huge. It could be something you are eating, but I do also have days where I just feel like I'm carrying an oversized beach ball. Lol I think that comes with the territory though lol

Ugh I feel like a cow! Why is it some days you feel great & then there's days you feel like a your about to explode!!!
