Where I live the ultrasound machines are not up to date. I've only gotten alien shots and this were it looks like my baby has no face.

It all depends on the angle. I wouldn't worry. My baby looked my it had a rhino nose.

My baby looked like he had a tumor on his shoulder blade at certain angles and when he places his arm a certain way. After seeing a specialist they confirmed its just his shoulder blade and everything else is great. I'm sure your babe is fine!
