I have an almost 2 year old son who bangs his head and hits himself when he gets mad. I was told this is normal and to just ignore it when he does it but he is truly hurting himself, he gives himself big knots and bruises. He busted his eye open the last time. I truly don't know what to do he's been doing it for months now and nothing I do helps, I try to tell him that he shouldn't but he still does. Sometimes he does it and laughs, has anyone else dealt with this, if so what did you do?
