Can expectant fathers have pregnancy symptoms?

I'm trying to conceive , and my fiancé keeps on telling me that I am pregnant due to the fact that we've been trying and that he's sleeping and eating way more than usual now .... What do you guys think ? Is it all in his head or is this true , that I probably am pregnant?

My husband would get queasy whenever I was pregnant and I also have seen documentary on men who got the whole belly and symptoms now that would b crazy and I'd be like oh man up I'm the one going through this lol

Men who are close with their significant others, pick up on hormone changes, they will pick up pregnancy like symptoms and we'll as period like symptoms!

Yes! My husband gained 20lbs the first 3months of my pregnancy because he couldn't  stop eating.  Usually if the hubby gains weight with you it's a boy and guess what we have an amazing little boy ❤

YES!!! My husband felt sick to his stomach whole time!!! I never throw up. My mom also told me when she was pregnant with me, my dad was sick😂. They can feel it also!

My mom told me that my dad had every pregnancy symptom that she had. He had morning sickness, cravings and gained weight. My husband also would have morning sickness and cravings.

My kids sperm donor would sick on the days that I didn't which was great for me. And he would crave some of the same things as me too.
