Ramzi method gender guess???

I'm roughly 8 weeks preggers and baby's HB is 170 BPM. According to the old wives tale it should be a girl. BUT my question is where the heck is the placenta?! Help... 😊 (Also, this was a transvaginal ultrasound if it helps).

Do you see where the umbilical cord is attached from the baby to the uterine lining??(: it's attached to he left side which will mean girl(: btw don't go on HR, my singleton boy and both of my twin boys have had or had HR of around 170 through my entire pregnancy☺️☺️
