Food 101
I'm 6 weeks pregnant with my 1st. When I ask my doctor about food I should avoid except for the obvious drugs, cigarettes, and alcohols, my doctor said I can eat anything I want in moderation. But then my sister's who is also pregnant got a long list of food to avoid including pineapple, tea & coffee, anything deep fried, cinnamon, and so on and so on... I just wondering which one to follow. Since other doctors I ask will come with different list of food I need to avoid. What do you think? Any restrictions on food from your doctor? I appreciate all insight...
