What does 3+ on clear blue digital mean?

I have been thinking I'm about 4 weeks and a few days but reading the directions with the test makes me think differently. Has anyone gotten a 3+ and been about 5 weeks or more ?

These aren't super accurate for everyone because some people have a higher HCG level than others for several different reasons including being pregnant with multiples!! :)

You add 2 weeks to your pregnancy. So if you ovulated 3 weeks ago, you are technically 5 weeks pregnant
