What are some techniques you use to stay dedicated during the first few weeks of a new workout routine?
I'm on day 2 of my new workout routine. I used to be a solid runner and was healthy/fit but certain things happened in my life that prevented me from working out. I gained 70 pounds in the last 3 years and am finally able to start working on my physical health again. I'm really excited!
I need a little support though. I'm great with willpower and self motivation so I won't be quitting any time soon, but I'd love to read some of your techniques that help you to keep at in while in the first few weeks.
