Hellooo, im about to be 16 weeks and ive gained some weight, not a lot, but i need to maintain it and tone up a little for sure. All ive done is take walks over the past few months. In the past couple weeks ive started to do squats, but stop when i get super out of breath and feel my heart pounding. I heard you cant do jumping jacks, sometimes ill jog when i take walks, but not enough for a workout. So if anyone has any helpful tips, thatd be so great. (:
