Help!!!! TMI!!!!!

So I've been having a lot of symptoms and I've been gassy to and constipated and I never get that!! I've took home pregnancy tests all negative don't know what to think my cervix has been high closed and firm for almost a week now and I've been having some discharge need advice please!!!!
