Basal Body Temp
I've been tracking my bbt meticulously for a good 7 months. I noticed it has stayed elevated since I ovulated. My period starts in six days but the last few days it's been coming down about a 10th of a degree every day. I feel sad because it says your basal body temperature has to remain elevated in order to be pregnant? Does anyone know if this is true all the time?
