Cycle day 54. No AF, fingers crossed, too scared to test.

Ok, so my cycles are usually from 35-40 days, my previous one was 53, then AF showed. Day 54 now with no AF. Had sex this morning and am now a little sore down there. Just wondering if anyone else experienced the pain/soreness, and gotten bfp?
