So I won the battle with my doctor of having a Pap smear only every 3 years...yay... But I lost the battle of a pelvic exam each year... What's the rule on that?! Why is that necessary! The reason I fought to begin with is so I don't have to go through the emabressment of a doctor looking down there and still have to do the pelvic exam each year?! There must be a rule or law or something saying a pelvic exam is NOT necessary each year! I think he just wants money out of me and my insurance!
