Went to my doctors today for a my ultra sound. Two weeks ago I was six weeks and a few days saw the baby very tiny.. However today it was hard to see the baby but did see the yolk sac. Since the doctor could get a clear view of the baby he measured the sac and it hasn't grown since my last visit. He said that he can't be sure but to expect cramping and bleeding for a miscarriage and  if that doesn't happen in two weeks if nothing's changed we have to schedule and operation... We have been trying for 5 years and this is our very first pregnancy... Could he be wrong? And if the baby does grow will the be permanent symptoms? I've been crying all morning, would really love some advice!
