Idk where else to post...

I posted on another group and got no response. I am experiencing spotting 2 days after a period that was shorter than normal, and experiencing pain near my left hip but slightly lower. I've never had this before. The spotting is like a pink discharge not brown like I used to have when I was younger. The spotting lasted about 5-6 hours as far as I know. Only knew it was there when I wipe. Anyone know what this could be? The pain comes and goes, but when it comes, it's intense.
