So confused

So my boyfriend and I are both in our first year of college and we recently a HUGE pregnancy scare, still not 100% that I'm not, but we were talking and I said I don't think I could have an abortion and he said that's what his reaction could be.. We're so divided on this. I wouldn't keep the baby if I didn't abort, adoption, but he's right on a lot. Telling our parents and the 9 months of being pregnant... Advice?
