help gassy achy stomach?

so today I'm 20 weeks and I've been so gassy and my stomach had this achy feeling bcuz of the gas is there anything to relieve it?

I have been the same way the past two days :( I'm just taking it easy and trying not to eat anything that heavy. And excusing myself to rush out of the room a lot lol
