I'm 18 and I really want to get on birth control. I want to practice safe sex and my periods have been a little out of the norm these past few months. However, I am very uncomfortable with the fact of going to a gynecologist. I know every woman has to go once in her life. I guess what I'm asking is how you got over the fear of going to the gynecologist?
