What do you do for your hip pain?

Cry. Shower. Heating pad and cry. I go to the chiropractor at least once a month

Chiropractor and ice pack. Ice helps with swelling, heat usually aggravated it. Also certain yoga poses. Threading the needle, happy baby pose, child pose, and pigeon pose.

I've been lucky and only has 1 day of horrible pain. I saw an osteo pretty quickly and found my left side was rotated forward so they gave me stretches and exercises to help out. A few months down the track and I haven't had a single moment of hip pain (touch wood!). 
Obviously do what you need to get through the moments of pain, but look at ways of preventing it too.

Yes, heading pad and chiropractor (I go weekly). On the really bad days, Tylenol pm so I can sleep at night.
