Anyone experiencing shortness of breath??

Been getting SOB sometimes after just small walks.. I have asthma and scared it might get worse..

I have that too, showers and walks really knock me off my feet. It feels like I'm not getting enough oxygen in.

Yes! I'm a teacher, and while teaching (talking) and even just on Lunch supervision duty yesterday, I had a hard time breathing. Been having this happen for a couple of weeks or so, and I'll be 8 weeks tomorrow. I guess it's normal. :)

I have been as well. I don't have asthma but I get a little short of breath at times

My shortness of breath comes when I walk at a faster pace or walking up the stairs. I have to sit down right away and work on my breathing.

I get really sob going up stairs, which I not only have to do at work, but also at home. It doesn't matter how fast or slow I go!

I did climbing the stairs up and down the other day. I didn't even expect it and was like woah why did that happen??

I have it all of the time. I am a teacher and I'll begin a lecture and become winded about 5 minutes in. I'll get up in the muddled the night to pee and come back to bed and I'm breathing like I just sprinted .. It's crazy lol

I walked up one flight of stairs yesterday and sat down in my office breathing so heavily that my boss asked if I was okay.  I thought my fatness was catching up with me but I feel a little better now 😋
