9 weeks and don't feel pregnant anymore

Hello guys

I maybe just over panicking but I'm due my 12 wk scan on the 19th Feb and for last 2 days I've simply not felt pregnant. ..

My tiredness has eased, my breasts were ridiculously sore but now seem fine my stomach was quite bloated but now isn't and my sickness feelings have eased a lot. ..I've got no pain or bleeding but I'm just wondering if this is natural after last 4 weeks have been total opposite...any advice or personal stories are very welcome both encouraging or discouraging...
