Does legs in the air really work??

Question

A few of my friends have said that when they ttc they always held their legs in the air after sex and this helped them get pregnant. Is this something that does help or is it an old wives tale?

It puts the cervix into a pool of sperm and cm so gives them somewhere to go 
But sperm are blind and don't know if they're swimming left right up or down :) I doubt it matters

ah no. took me ten years to conceive and both my OB and ivf specialist have all said its a myth

I've heard of this working, I've also heard its just folklore... In my opinion, if those little tadpoles want to swim upstream, they'll find a way either way lmao
