If the biological father IS NOT on the birth certificate and he tries to take your child isn't that illegal? He took a dna test to prove he was the dad years ago but it's still not on the birth certificate  and pay child support all the court asked was if he wanted to, to let him see her but he never asks and I think he's trying to take my daughter I already talked to the cops I'm supposed to hear back today from them and a social worker I feel lost and Sad I thought I could count on his family when I need something my 28 week fetus tried to come out early so I let them watch her, but they said she can't go home
