7 weeks Can't Sleep!
Hi Ladies.
7 weeks today, 1st pregnancy.. Anyone else having restless nights? Past few nights i just can't get comfortable and when I finally do I can't fall asleep! So frustrating, I'm tired and want to sleep..but I can't!
I've tried sleepy herbal teas and warm milk...Nada😞
Advice? ?
