Beyond stressed!

Guys, I'm at my wits end. I've got blood clots in my leg and they're spreading up. My ob sends me to the er to see cardio. Cardio won't see me (they're on call) and tell me to make an appt. ER refers me to cardio and ob. Cardio is closed and you can't leave messages. This has been going on for a week. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and have 3 other kids. My husband has lost a lot of work taking me to the ER. Bills are piling up. And I'm terrified. What do I do??
