Fertile week.

Has anyone felt nauseous during thier fertile week?? Not like a sick nauseous but like a cramping nauseous. It's the first time I've felt this way, I don't know if it's because I'm trying to pay more attention to my body du to my hubby and I ttc. Could this be a good sign??? My peak is tomorrow and we had sex around 2 this morning.
