Im a first time mom and having anxiety about being in labor (going as natural as possible including a laboring whirlpool tub at my hospital, no epidural because i am allergic to one of its ingredients) and delivery. Im very scared of pushing and just ripping like ive had nightmares. Ugh im so nervous. Im exactly 34 weeks and my midwife believes shell be here by 37-39 weeks because shes very large.
