My tummy is all over the place I have very bad poos and my belly keeps hurting.. I'm 4 weeks pregnant with my secound child I feel like absolute crap my belly is rumberling yet I don't feel hungry I feel so tired and every known and then I feel sick! Is anyone ales feeling like this I really don't want to feel like this alone. Is it normal to feel like this? So shit? Tummy pains all over pooing all day feel like I have trapped wind in my chest ( no blood ) just real wind trapped shitting feeling.
