Is it worth it?

Question

We were originally planning on getting a basket for baby to sleep in bed with us but since we're in a one bedroom and the crib is arm's length from my side, I'm not sure if there's a reason to spend money on it? Maybe we should remove one side so the crib can act as an extension of the bed? Suggestions?

Meh if you can reach the crib I'd say stick with that. They outgrow the baskets quickly but the crib not so much

I wouldn't. Crib will do just fine for the baby! That's what I am doing(:

If you have a crib in the room I'd say you don't need it. If you feel you need one  maybe you can opt for a travel bassinet that way you can still use it later on if you wanted to travel with your baby.
