Long story short. 

I bought a home in Alabama and two years later my dad passed so we moved in with my mom to help her. We can no longer afford our home and tried to sell and even rent it out but that was disaster.. Anyway we have now been sent a letter stating that are property has now been sent to a lawyer. What is your best advice? I heard to short sell it. Mind you our home is in the middle of nowhere.
