Low soft cervix during period??

My period was suppose to start on wed 01/27 but didnt come until 01/29 i checked my cervix just a few minutes ago and my cervix is low soft and slightly open i also took a pg test on 1/28 and swore i could see the faintest line(first picture) then as the day progressed it looked like this (2nd picture) !! Not sure if to consider it as a evaporation line or not, but ive checked my cervix while on my period before its never been slightly open and soft always really open and firm... Anyone have any suggestions???
