Got scared

So my coworker didn't know I was pregnant & he snuck up and scared me. My stomach started hurting right away & now I feel short of breath. I feel okay but it's just that. Should I be worried for my baby??... I've heard it can be very dangerous to scare a pregnant women!' Ladies help would be appreciated
