Weird discharge after rough sex

The last two nights I had sex for the first time in a few weeks and it was pretty rough, by the end I was quite sore, still am a bit.

Today I noticed some light bleeding, and figured that something tore a bit, which wasn't too concerning, it's happened before. Later I noticed weird bits of tissue as well though, they're a light pink color and long skinny strips. Could this be related to the bleeding or are they two separate issues?

Other info—I've been on the pill for about 6 months, haven't missed a single one by more than 30 minutes for months. So I really don't think this is pregnancy related at all.
