Random Q... About pain... Down there..
So I'm not sure if I over did it today or not.. We spent 5 hours walking around the Biltmore estate today and ive had this on and off pain.. Down there... It's like a twinge of pain... Just have no clue what it is or if I should be worried.. Hope that's not tmi, just wondering if anyone else is dealing with it too.
