I'm 24 weeks with my second. For the past week or so my breasts and nipples have been hurting so bad. I don't remember them hurting this bad with my first. I only feel a little bit of a relief when I take hot showers. When I was getting in the shower I noticed one of them looked "crusty" and I looked in my bra and saw that it was the same. I never feel my breasts leak. Is it normal to already be leaking? I didn't do this with my first. Is there any natural relief for the pain? (I refuse to take any pain meds.)
