Unbalanced ??
I got up from long nap and I went to get up to eat cause I was hungry and when I stood up up it was almost like gravity was pulling me to one side and I was gonna pass out. It got so bad that I felt like I had I was having a anxiety attack and crying . Now it went away when I ate but now that I'm laying down again I feel light headed again idk if it's from being EXTREMLY tired or from not eating enough ( which I've ate a lot today , a lot of fruit at that .) or could be a thyroid problem since it runs in my family . I'd really like to get releaving answers .
