Fainting after Anal?

Anyone ever fainted/felt nauseous after anal sex???? because my boyfriend nearly had a panic attack about an hour ago when I blacked out for a few seconds after I stood up and apparently it's not uncommon

It may have nothing to do with actual anal. If you stood up too fast, with I'm assuming some heavy breathing during sex.  That can  cause it too.

Never tried anal but I'm pretty sure it wasn't the sex. Maybe you got up to fast or blood pressure went up right after you climaxed
