White puss coming out of nipple when squeezed?

I noticed that the tip of my nipple was kind of white so I squeezed it and like this white puss came out. I just finished my period about a week ago. Not sure why this is happening??

Happens to me. Its no big deal. Just clogged glands

Do not push those out. Because they aren't causing you harm. Getting rid of them can result in an infection from bacteria getting in there
