I'm two weeks late and have been having a little cramping not much but I'm also feel constipated which I also get when I'm due on, I'm finding it difficult to tell the difference between constipation cramps and menstrual cramps (sounds silly) iv read up on trying to figure out the difference but it's all so technical! anyone got any tips to easily tell the difference?
