Internal ich. Hands and feet.

33 weeks and at night I can't fight the ich. It's horrible. My hands get so red and swollen. I had it last pregnancy and the doctor didn't seem worried. It's such a deep ich that I can't seem to reach. Anyone have had this happen? What's safe to do/take.
