Gardening

Is anyone here into gardening? I used to have a garden when I was little but now that I've been diagnosed with depression I wanna try and find ways to cope. I'm deciding to try gardening again and I could use some tips 🤔 I currently live in an apartment with a patio and a balcony so I'm not sure how to go about with this.. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you☺️
